Galaxy Caramel Pie Recipe
Today, I’m going to show you how you can make this Chocolate Caramel Pie in your home’s kitchen without going to McDonald’s. The process of making this Caramel Pie is not that hard.
You can follow the steps given below to make this caramel pie if you’re having a party at home or just want to try it for yourself.
- First of all, take a chocolate crush it, and make a fine powder of it. After that add the crushed chocolate powder to the melted butter and mix them well.
- Now, press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pie dish to make a crust. You can use the back of the spoon to pack the mixture firmly.
- After that freeze the mixture in the refrigerator for a few hours. While the mixture is freezing take a pan and heat the milk at medium flame on the stove.
- Once the milk gets warm add the Galaxy chocolate pieces to it and stir it continuously until they both are completely dissolved with each other.
- Once done remove the mixture from heat and let it cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
- Now, take a whisk and whip the heavy cream in a large bowl. After that gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate mixture until they are mixed properly.
- After that pour the combined filling into the prepared crust making sure to spread it out evenly.
- After that place the pie in the fridge for about 3-5 hours.
- After 3-5 hours take it out from the fridge and top the pie with some additional chocolate and caramel sauce.

The Galaxy Caramel Pie is one of my favorite Pies that I’ve ever eaten in my life. The combination of Galaxy chocolate bar along with melted butter and caramel sauce just feels mind-blowing and a treat for taste buds.
Like, the Biscoff McFlurry the caramel pie is also rich in flavor and taste. As it is a limited-time item on the McDonald’s menu I think it is worth the try before it vanishes.
