Mcdonald’s Bacon Mayo Chicken Burger Recipe
As a food blogger, I love to try and test different recipes from McDonald’s. Today, I will be sharing with you the recipe for the Bacon Mayo Chicken burger. The step-by-step recipe for this burger is given below.
- First of all, we will start by making chicken patties. Start by taking 100 grams of meat or any other amount according to your preference and shape it like a patty. Now, season the patty with the help of salt, pepper, and other spices.
- After seasoning heat the stove and set its temperature to medium-high heat. Once the stove gets heated pour some oil in the pan and put it on the stove and fry the chicken patty for at least 5 to 8 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Now, do the same with same with streaky bacon and fry it until it turns golden brown.
- Once the chicken patty and streaky bacon both are cooked properly take out the bun from its packet and gently warm it on the pan from both sides.
- Now, it’s time for us to assemble the burger. Start by pouring some Cool Mayo and lettuce leaves on the bottom half of the bun and put the chicken patty on top of it.
- After that add some more mayo and put the streaky bacon on it. Now, as both patties are lined up put some more Cool Mayo and lettuce leaves on top of the streaky bacon to make the burgers taste more appealing.
- Finally, cover the burger with the second half of the bun to complete the making process.

Recently, I had the chance to experience one of the most amazing burgers on the McDonald’s menu: The Bacon Mayo Chicken Burger. I ordered this burger through an online delivery app Uber Eats and they delivered this burger to me within 30 minutes.
As soon as I opened its packet the pleasing smell of crispy fried chicken and streaky bacon welcomed me. When I took its first bite the combination of these two along with Mayonnaise and lettuce leaves was so amazing that I couldn’t stop myself from saying “WoW”.
Overall, it was a blanched burger and due to its compact size, it does not feel heavy at all. Yet this burger has all the essential ingredients and tastes good like any other burger. I think this burger is worth the rating of 9/10.
