Step by Step Process to make Bacon Cheeseburger at home
- Firstly, you need to go to a grocery shop or meat shop and buy 200 grams of fresh beef meat. After buying it, take it to your home’s kitchen and grind it properly. Now add some amount of salt, peppers, and spices according to your preferences.
- Now, properly mix these ingredients with beef meat and make 2 round patties of it.
- In the 3rd step, add around 60-70 milliliters of oil to the frying pan. After that, once the oil is heated, put both the patties in the frying pan and thoroughly cook it from all sides.
- After cooking the beef patties it’s time to cook 2 streaky slices of bacon.
- Repeat the above process and cook 2 streaky slices of bacon by applying the spices and frying it in the frying pan thoroughly from all sides.
- Now, take a small onion and cut it into pieces. Do the same with pickle cut it and make 2-4 slices of it.
- Now, take the bun out from its packet and toast it in a toaster for a minute or so. If you do not have a toaster at your home you can also use a frying pan for this purpose.
- Now, we need to arrange all the ingredients in a specific order.
- Place the first beef patty on the bottom of the bun and place a cheddar cheese slice on top of it. Again, repeat the process in the same manner so that both the beef patties and cheese slices make a layer on top of each other.
- Now, in this step, add both the streaky bacon pieces on top of the cheese slice and adjust it according to the size of the burger.
- On top of these streaky bacon pieces, put the onion pieces and pickle slices.
- Now, apply the layer of ketchup and mustard sauce on top of these onion and pickle slices.
- Now, finally, place the second half of the bun and top of the ketchup and mustard sauce, and this is it.
